Performance Schedule

Freshmen Concert Band Performances – 2014/2015

The following is the list of required performances for the Freshmen Band.

           

• Tuesday, December 9, 2014 -  Holiday Concert, CFHS Auditorium, 7:00 p.m.

• Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Ohio Music Education Association Solo & Ensemble Contest at   Firestone High School;  specific times TBA

• Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - Pre Contest Concert, CFHS Auditorium, 7:00 p.m.

• Friday, March 13, 2015* - Ohio Music Education Association Large Group Contest at             CFHS, specific time TBA

• Wednesday, March 18, 2015 (Required for percussionists only) - Percussion Ensemble Concert dress rehearsal; CFHS Auditorium, 6:00 p.m.  

• Thursday, March 19, 2015 (Required for percussionists only) - Percussion Ensemble Concert, CFHS Auditorium, 7:00 p.m.          

•  Monday, April 13, 2015 - All City Band Concert, CFHS Gymnasium, 7:00 p.m.

• Friday, May 8 OR Saturday, May 9, 2015* - Ohio Music Education Association Large Group Contest;  specific time and location TBA

• Friday, May 1 OR Saturday, May 2, 2015* - Ohio Music Education Association Large Group Contest;  specific time and location TBA

• Tuesday, May 12, 2015 - Spring Concert and Awards, CFHS Auditorium, 6:30 p.m.

*Students will not perform at all of these events listed.  However, I wanted families to be aware of   these potential performance dates.  A decision will be made before the winter break regarding the details of these specific performances.
